At Snapmaker, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and modules; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device and all original components in the initial shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to our support team.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
